Currently attribute “nofollow” works quite differently. PageRank divided equally among all the links on the page, but all links with “nofollow” get to PR at all. That means each of the links without attribute received smaller part of PageRank and links with “nofollow” attributes will not get anything! Your PR simply disappears from the page.
